OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Vanguard High School’s VHS Players is bringing Legally Blonde the Musical to the stage this spring.
The high-energy production tells the empowering story of Elle Woods as she defies expectations on her journey to Harvard Law School, filled with humor, heart, and a powerful message of self-belief. Audiences can expect to be entertained by “dazzling choreography, catchy songs, and a talented cast of Vanguard’s finest performers.”
Performances will take place April 24-26, 2025, at Vanguard High School’s Knights Union, located at 7 NW 28th St. in Ocala. Showtimes start at 6:30 p.m., with doors opening at 6p.m. Tickets are available for purchase online only at vhs-players.com, priced at $15 for adults, $12 for MCPS, and $10 for students.

The musical, based on the popular movie and novel, features music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin, with a book by Heather Hach. “Our students have put in countless hours of hard work and dedication to bring this beloved musical to life,” says Aidan Ramsey-Heil, the production’s director. “We can’t wait to share this energetic and uplifting show with the community.”
