OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Get ready for a “cluckin’ good time’ as the Marion County Building Industry Association (MCBIA) hosts its annual King of the Wing competition on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 5-8 p.m. at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion in Ocala.

Wing your way through this delicious event featuring the best of the best in chicken wings prepared by local businesses and organizations. Proceeds will support The Arc of Marion, a nonprofit organization that assists individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You can sample wings from all the competitors and enjoy live music. Just $25 gets you tastings from all participants along with two beverages (and you will definitely need them in this “heated” competition). Lewis Stokes, midday host at 93.7 K-Country, will emcee the event.

In the 2024 competition, the Charlie Horse Bar & Grill was crowned King of the Wing for its garlic parmesan wings. The Professional Firefighters of Ocala won the People’s Choice award, and TECO Peoples Gas was recognized for the Best Booth.
