OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Several dining concepts at the World Equestrian Center Ocala have earned 2026 OpenTable Diners’ Choice Awards, recognizing top restaurants based on feedback from diners nationwide.
Among those honored are Genievieve’s for outdoor dining and its notable wine list; Polo Pony for its vibrant bar scene, healthy options, popularity as a hot spot and group destination and status as one of the most booked venues; White Willow for its appeal to foodies, outdoor dining, healthy menu offerings and high reservation demand; and Stirrups for ambience, food, outdoor dining and its wine program.
Three of the recognized concepts–Genievieve’s, Polo Pony and White Willow–are located within The Equestrian Manor, a recently debuted four-story dining and events venue featuring chef-driven concepts, including rooftop restaurants overlooking the resort. Stirrups, located inside The Equestrian Hotel, has been a central part of the property’s dining program since opening.
The culinary program is led by Executive Chef Jonathan Martini and Executive Chef Stephan Holland. Martini brings a multicultural perspective influenced by his Brazilian and Italian heritage, with experience at Two Forbes Five-Star properties. Holland has collaborated with notable culinary figures including Andrew Zimmern, Martha Stewart, Jose Andres and Nobu Matsuhisa.
With 13 dining venues on-site, the World Equestrian Center Ocala continues to expand its culinary footprint, offering a range of globally inspired menus and dining experiences that contribute to the area’s growing reputation as a destination for food and hospitality.
