OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Duke Energy Florida is alerting residents of potential traffic disruptions in Ocala on Dec. 12th and 13th due to helicopter operations. The utility company is working to strengthen the electric grid and improve reliability in Marion County.
What to Expect
- Helicopter Operations: A helicopter will be used to install equipment along a newly built transmission line between the Martin West and Silver Springs north substations.
- Traffic Delays: Brief traffic stops may occur in specific areas as the helicopter flies overhead.
