OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Motorcycle riders and community members are invited to join Heather’s Memorial Ride on Saturday, Dec. 14, to honor Heather Jennings, a Gainesville morning show host and Harley-Davidson enthusiast who was killed in a car wreck earlier this month. The ride will celebrate her life and legacy while supporting her family.

The event begins at Crystal Harley-Davidson in Homosassa, with registration from 9-9:30 a.m. and kickstands up at 10a.m. Riders will stop at Silver Moon Tavern on Hwy. 41 in Dunnellon around 10:30 a.m., departing between 11-11:15 a.m. The next stop is War Horse Harley-Davidson in Ocala, arriving at 11:45 a.m. and leaving at 12:15 p.m. The ride concludes at the VFW Post #2811 in Gainesville, where a Celebration of Life will take place at 1 p.m.

Participants are encouraged to ride safely together, and volunteers are needed as Road Captains to ensure a smooth journey. Those wearing club colors or patches are invited to ride at the front as a gesture of mutual respect. Non-riders, including cars and trucks, are welcome to join behind the motorcycles.
