MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – ALDI officially opened the doors to its newly converted store at 184 Marion Oaks Blvd. on Thursday, June 5, offering residents an affordable grocery option with a focus on quality and simplicity.
The store opened at 8:45 a.m., with the first 100 customers receiving a gift bag containing ALDI-exclusive items and a gift card through the retailer’s Golden Ticket giveaway program. Shoppers also have the chance to enter a sweepstakes for a $500 gift card through opening weekend.
“At our new Ocala ALDI store, shoppers will find that every decision we make, from our product selection to store layout, is to provide our customers with the best products at the lowest possible prices of any national grocer,” said Matt Thon, regional vice president for ALDI. “Our customers can save up to 36% on an average household’s shopping list*.”
The new location is part of ALDI’s nationwide expansion plan to open 800 additional stores by 2028. The company emphasizes a streamlined shopping experience, with a curated product selection, mostly exclusive brands, and a commitment to sustainability.
Store hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
