GAINESVILLE, FL (352today.com) – A community cleanup of the Pineridge neighborhood could use extra helping hands this Saturday. The Pineridge refresh is organized by Keep Alachua County Beautiful, with support from community partners and the City of Gainesville, led by Gainesville City Commissioner Ed Book.
Lunch will be provided to volunteers. Volunteers will work together to remove litter from neighborhood streets and public areas. Clean-up supplies will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear cool, comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes, and bring a refillable water bottle and sunscreen.
