OCALA, FL (352today.com) – In anticipation of the first BJ’s Wholesale Club in Ocala, scheduled for a fall debut at 7030 SW 59th Ave. in the Winding Oaks master-planned community, the retailer will be opening a “Membership Center” this Friday where early birds can score savings and perks on new accounts.
The new Membership Center, located at 6110 SW HWY 200, will open at 9 a.m. this Friday, August 28, 2026, and in-person visitors can take advantage of “founding member offers” such as:
- A one-year club membership for $40, which includes a $10 reward for each purchase of at least $100 within the first 90 days after the new club’s opening
- A one-year Club+ membership for $80, which includes 2 percent back on most purchases, 2 free same-day deliveries on orders over $50, and free curbside pickup, as well as a $15 reward for each purchase of at least $100 during the first 90 days after the club’s opening
Among the wider benefits BJ’s touts bringing to communities that host a Wholesale Club are donations to local food charities (in this case, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida), cheaper gas and grocery prices that can be up to 25 percent lower than the average grocery store.
