MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – We reported last week on the southbound exit at I-75 and CR 484 in southern Marion County closing overnight this week. The part of that work that required the exit closure is reportedly done, and now it looks like the interchange’s northbound off-ramp will also shut down for a couple of nights, starting Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

An announcement from the Florida Department of Transportation reports that the northbound off-ramp will close from 8 p.m. until 6 p.m. the nights of June 3 and 4 for milling and resurfacing.

“This work is part of an interchange improvement project on C.R. 484 from west of SW 20th Avenue to east of C.R. 475A,” read the statement.

Motorists are advised to bypass the 484 exit and continue north to the next exit (Exit 350) at SR 200 and basically pull a U-turn, get back on I-75 headed southbound and take the 484 exit in the other direction.

Completion of the roadwork is dependent on weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
