OCALA, FL (352today.com) – If you live or work in Ocala proper, chances are you’ve seen that little Ellianos Coffee building going up at 2259 S. Pine Avenue.
If you live or work in Ocala proper AND drink coffee like it’s water, you’ve probably been watching the progress very closely since the new location was announced back in February (and since both Ola locations closed).
Well, according to a few recent posts on the new location’s Facebook page, the wait is over–the new “downtown” Ellianos will be opening its drive-thru windows this Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
The Lake City-bred company is celebrating the opening–it’s the fifth one in the area–with a little online contest. Those who follow the Pine Avenue location on Facebook and Instagram, “like” the relevant FB post and tag three friends in a comment will be entered to win a prize package that includes:
- 1 custom Pine Avenue T-shirt
- $100 Ellianos gift card (good at any location)
- 1 1-lb. bag of Ellianos Signature Blend coffee
- 1 Jellycat espresso cup
- 2 tumblers, one stainless steel and one glass
The three folks tagged in the comment will each receive 7 gift cards for free coffee, redeemable only at the Pine Avenue location.
The deadline to enter is noon on Opening Day, Wednesday, Sept. 16.
While operational hours for the new location have not yet been announced, most area Ellianos locations open at 6 a.m. (7 a.m. on Sundays) and close between 8-10 p.m.
